Tracy asked does painting give you energy?

sometimes but sometimes it's very draining.

Making journal pages, on the other hand, is

energizing 'cause I don't put a lot of thought

into it. I just start tearing and gluing and whatever

I feel like doing. Now to fill these up with thoughts.
